Professional Landscaping, Done for You!
What is design/build? Very simply it is both the design and installation of a landscape project being performed by one company. The alternative to design/build involves the design and specifications created by one company (landscape architect) and the installation performed by another (landscape contractor).
At Bucks Country, each landscape designer works directly with their clients from the beginning of the project to the end, and manages the installation in addition to creating the design. The result is a seamless process, based on direct accountability and personal relationships. See our Prices.
After you choose from our List of Services, the process will follow the steps shown here.
1. Landscape Services Request Form:
It is simple. Click the link, fill out a Landscape Design Request Form electronically (Electronic Form). Provide as much information as you can and submit it to our designers. After we receive the form, we review them and one of our Designers will contact you about a site visit.
2. Site Visit:
During a site visit, specifics of the projects are discussed and measurements are taken. We then generate a Completed Site Analysis and from this, we create the actual design.
3. Professional Landscape Plans:
Detailed landscape plans and specifications are created for most projects. A separate design fee can be credited towards installation of project.
Repeat and committed clients will not be charged design fees. Examples and referrals are provided upon request.
4. Design Presentation:
During the design presentation to our clients, we present the design and a proposal. At a visit to Bucks Country Gardens, you can review the plans and plants with the designer. Modifications to the plan are finalized; the project is approved and scheduled.
5. Installation Process:
During the installation, our designers make site visits as often as necessary. Our certified Bucks Country Gardens' crews complete the project.
BCG select contractors will complete any specialized requirements. You can be sure that the Installation will be professional, courteous, on time and within budget.
6. Care & Seasonal Maintenance:
Instructions on care are given to insure success.
Seasonal Maintenance is offered by Bucks Country.
Fees and Pricing
Landscape Design/Build:
Landscape Design/Build services include design and installation by professional designers, certified landscape technicians and select sub contractors. Design fees are credited towards project costs. We reserve the right to wave design fees.
Site Consultation: No Charge
Small Area Design & Consultation: $299
Large Area Design & Consultation: $499
Master Plan: $999
Landscape Maintenance:
Seasonal landscape maintenance keeps your home looking its best. Professional maintenance including pruning, fertilizing, weeding, mulching and seasonal flower planting is offered at $60 per man-hour.
Maintenance & Travel Time
$60 per man-hour
