Darryl has been working in garden centers since he was 13! He joined us in 1991. He has a degree in Horticulture from SUNY. Around here we say, "If it is green, Darryl is in charge of it". Darryl also keeps our computer system running and is our chief "tech head".

Don joined our team in 1988! Don oversees our retail nursery yard operations. He is also the company liaison to the design/build part of Bucks Country Gardens, making sure that they leave here with nothing but the highest quality plants and products.

DAVID JONES

David joined our team in 2003 and brought a great amount of knowledge and experience to our greenhouse. David oversees more than just our greenhouse. His areas of responsibility include annuals, perennials, tropicals and our newest area, container gardening. David is one of our staff members who enjoy speaking to groups. He has a B.S in commercial horticulture from Kildalton College in Waterford Ireland.

NANCY MCILVAINE

Nancy is one of the most familiar faces at Bucks Country Gardens. She joined our staff in 1989. Nancy is responsible for making sure each customer receives great service and special attention as they prepare to exit our business. She is also a helping hand in our Patio Furniture and Seasonal Departments, with the great expertise and design ideas which she possesses.

JEN ROBINSON
Lead Cashier

Jen oversees all cashiering operations which hopefully make the part where our customers pay as painless as possible. Her bright smile is a welcoming sight for anyone who meets her. She also oversees many different facets of our business including product pricing, inventory accuracy and much, much more. Jen is a big race fan and brings that enthusiasm to BCG.
